Your bk33l account wallet handles deposits through Rocket and Bank Transfer, with every transaction visible in the account history tab. Check the cashier section after login to see the payment routes, limits and verification fields active for your account.
Opening the cashier from your signed-in account is where the deposit flow starts. We support Rocket and Bank Transfer as the verified payment rails for Bangladesh. Once you tap the deposit option, the cashier screen shows the available methods along with the amount field and any reference details you need to complete the transfer on your end. After the payment is confirmed on the wallet or bank side, the balance updates in your account wallet. Follow the fields and instructions shown in your cashier exactly — the screen reflects what is active for your account at that moment, so do not skip any confirmation step it shows you.
From the home screen, tap the account icon and select Cashier. The deposit tab loads automatically for signed-in accounts.
Select your payment method from the options shown. The cashier displays only the methods active for your account region.
Type the deposit amount in the field provided. For Bank Transfer, copy the reference code shown and include it in your payment instruction.
Complete the transfer on your Rocket app or through your bank. Once processed, the balance appears in your bk33l account wallet.
Withdrawals start from the same cashier section where you made your deposit. We route payouts through Rocket and Bank Transfer for Bangladesh accounts. Before submitting a withdrawal, confirm that the wallet number or bank details saved in your account match the ones you intend to receive funds into — the cashier will show the destination on file and give you a chance to review it before you submit. The amount field accepts whole numbers. Enter what you want to withdraw, then follow the verification step the cashier prompts you through. That step exists to confirm wallet ownership and protect your account balance.
Log in, tap Cashier, then switch to the Withdraw tab. Your saved payout method appears as the default destination.
Check that the Rocket number or bank account shown matches your registered details. Update via account settings if needed before proceeding.
Type the amount in the field shown. The cashier displays any minimum or maximum values active for your account at that point.
Follow the identity or wallet confirmation step the cashier shows, then submit. Track the status from your account history tab.

We do not publish a fixed document list here because the fields your account shows depend on what stage of verification your profile is at — follow only what is displayed in your account area, not a general checklist. If a verification prompt appears, work through it in one session where possible. Leaving it incomplete can hold a pending withdrawal in a queued state. The account area labels each required field clearly. If a field asks for a document scan, use a clear, current image.

Each Bank Transfer deposit carries a reference code the cashier assigns. Keep this code from your bank confirmation and compare it against the matching entry in your bk33l transaction history to confirm the deposit was attributed to your account.
Transaction entries show status labels such as pending, confirmed or failed. A pending entry means the payment is in queue; a confirmed entry means the balance has updated. Do not resubmit a transaction that shows as pending — check the status first.
Log in and open the account history tab to see a dated list of all cashier activity. Each entry shows the method, direction (deposit or withdrawal), amount and current status. Use this as your primary record alongside your wallet or bank statement.
Retain your Rocket app transaction screenshot or bank transfer confirmation until the corresponding bk33l history entry shows as confirmed. If a dispute arises, support will ask for the transaction reference, amount and date from your external payment record.
